Are you suffering from post-emcc blues? I definitely am! EMCC was originally supposed to be a small concert showcasing our junior undergrads, but we still gave it our all. And the response from the audience was encouraging. Well, for one we had a full house…Woohoo! Also, the items were truly entertaining. (Many thanks to White Hoods too!)

Thanks to EMCC I felt a homely atmosphere when I went for the first blast! class after EMCC. Gone are the days when the club seemed aloof and too distant to connect. The past month of intensive practices together have forged closer ties amongst juniors and seniors. I believe EMCC have achieved its goal of providing a platform to shine for all out undergrad dancers, bond the club as well as hone our dance skills.

Now that EMCC is behind us, it is time the 8th committee should also step down and give way to the new 9th committee. We have served the club dutifully, organizing SUAD, blast anniversary, EMCC… our final act of service to blast would be to select the best candidates to carry on the blast legacy and hopefully bring blast to greater heights.
