Matric Fair 2008 - 24 July 2008, Thursday -

Matric fair is coming! July 24th is 'Decoration Day'. 4 of us (Alvan, Weina, Clement & Karen) woke up early to set up our booth in the MPSH. The decoration time slots for CFA members were in the morning, so *yawns*...

The whole idea was to allow our own Blast!ards to enjoy theirselves at the booth. So instead of the usual sitting-down-behind-the-tables, passing out flyers and calling out to freshies, we decided to make them more interactive by dismantling the barrier of tables between us and them, at the same time creating a whole greater space for Blast!ards to really show their true selves!

Despite being limited by CFA booth decoration guidelines, we manage to be a bit special with our castle-look-alike-walls. Haha :D Hey, it's not meant to be castle walls, but something more street-style. We may be missing some graffitti here and there, so Blast!ards, please wear more colourful and loud clothes to stand out from our backdrop okay!

Basically pulling the grey brick wallcloth over the tables weren't difficult, but hanging up the CFA Dance Blast! banner was kinda challenging. Alvan and Clement did skillfully tie the poles together and tadaa~!

Weina & Karen: Hurrah! *jumps & cheers*

Top it up with our huge radio which has coincidentally matching colours with our banner, our booth is completed! What's needed now is our very own Blast!ards to fill the spaces up and just rah-rah around :D

That's about it, for Matric Fair. Hope you all had a wonderful time manning the booth (: Let's bring in more fresh blood this year! Muahaha :P

Haha... hilarious but yea, Blast!ards are encouraged to practice their dance steps during their shifts alright!

This blog page will continually be revised
to make it better and more interactive!
Meanwhile, please enjoy whatever we have here (:
